the breakfast offered great variety, including vegetarian options, a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was very convenient, providing easy access to the metro line and the mall of the emirates. staffs were very kind and helpful, they provided quick assistance when needed.
i found the room i initially booked not matching the pictures online, as the carpets had an unpleasant odor. despite this, the staff accommodated me in a new room, that was better. this issue affected my first impression a little.

The staff showed warm hospitality to us. The hotel's location was great as well. It was very near the Mall of Emirates and the Metro. Our room was cleaned everyday even if we did not request it. Breakfast was also good with a combination of different food.
I booked a Twin Beds Room. I found out there was no Twin Beds Room with a Road Side View. The room I was given was not clean. Carpets were not clean and had a bad smell. The room was a little dark and small. I was shifted to a Double Bed Room that was relatively better.

i found the breakfast delicious. the staff were consistently friendly. the hotel's proximity to the mall and kite beach was very convenient. mr khuram from reception was kind. i appreciated the cooperative attitude of the entire staff. i was upgraded during check-in, a nice surprise. ms. jamila was very helpful at reception. khalid was also great at the reception desk.
